Eligibility for Return / Replacement
Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours from the time the package is marked as delivered.
We only consider return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or damage claim.

Clearly show the shipping label and sealed package.

Clearly show the product and the issue without cuts or edits.
Without a valid unboxing video, the claim will be considered invalid and may be treated as a false claim.
Quality-Related Concerns
Please note that:

We do not offer return or replacement for issues related to personal preferences such as design preference, color variation due to screen settings, appearance, or similar subjective concerns.

Minor variations in color, finishing, or appearance that do not affect the functionality of the product are not considered defects.
Return Approval
All return or replacement requests are subject to internal review and verification by our team.
The final decision regarding approval or rejection of any return, replacement, or refund request will remain solely with Venus Watch Collection after reviewing the submitted proof and claim details.
Refund & Return Shipping
In cases where a refund is approved:

Customers will be required to bear the return shipping charges for sending the product back to our warehouse.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes inspection by our team.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the inspection is completed.
Resolution Timeline

If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days, subject to service availability.

Products must be unused and returned with the original packaging, tags (if applicable), and all accessories.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return or replacement.
